This policy explains what Baby Nestly collects, why it is used, when trusted service providers process it, and how you can export or delete it.
1. Who this policy covers
Baby Nestly is designed for parents and adult caregivers. It is not intended for children to create accounts independently. Baby information is provided and managed by an adult caregiver.
2. Information we process
- Account details such as username, verified email, sign-in provider, and profile image.
- Baby profile and care logs, including feeding, sleep, diaper, health, growth, milk, activity, and notes.
- Family collaboration, friend messages, community posts, reports, and moderation records.
- Photos, audio, and text you choose to upload or share.
- AI prompts, generated responses, feedback, usage limits, and summaries needed to provide AI features.
- Security and reliability data such as request timing, error category, app version, and platform.
3. How information is used
- To save, synchronize, display, and export care records.
- To operate reminders, family permissions, private messaging, and community safety.
- To personalize predictions and AI responses from the context you choose to provide.
- To prevent fraud, enforce limits, diagnose crashes, and protect the service.
- To meet legal obligations and respond to valid account requests.
4. AI and service providers
Baby Nestly may send the minimum prompt context needed for an AI request to Google Gemini. Cloudflare provides API, database, storage, security, and AI infrastructure. Firebase supports authentication and reliability services. These providers process data under their own security and data protection terms. Baby Nestly does not sell personal information.
5. Sharing and collaboration
Care records are shared with family members only according to the permissions granted by the family owner. Community content is visible to eligible community users. Private friend messages are shared with the intended participant. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
6. Retention and deletion
Active account data is retained while the account is used. Local guest data remains on that device unless the app or local data is removed. When an account is deleted, personal content and account-linked records are removed or de-identified. Limited security logs, legally required records, and aggregate reliability statistics may be retained for a limited period without direct personal content.
7. Your choices
- Review and change profile, sharing, family, reminder, and AI settings in the app.
- Export account and care data from the Privacy & Data settings.
- Delete the account inside the app after recent identity verification.
- If you cannot access the app, use the public account deletion request.
8. Security
Baby Nestly uses encrypted transport, restricted production origins, signed sessions, rate limits, permission checks, secure credential storage, and account-level deletion controls. No system can guarantee absolute security; users should protect their device and sign-in account.
9. International use and policy changes
Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Material policy changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice.
